I think this pacifier helped my son learn how to properly latch on. My hospital did not want to introduce a pacifier until my baby mastered breast feeding. I had this pacifier from my first son (given at a different hospital). I gave it to my new baby after struggling with improper latch. I truly believe this pacifier help train him because of the nipple like shape.

These pacifiers are the best to avoid nipple confusion. Most hospitals give them out and I wish mine had. The pacifier they handed out was a sassy one and my daughter refused to take it.

The hospital gave my son this pacifier and he loves it,.. he wont take any other pacifier. I had a scare one day and thought I lost it so i ran to the store and bought a 2pk,.. he wouldnt take it though,... it was strange they were so much harder then the one he got from the hospital, I boiled it, microwaved it,.. everything I could think of to soften it up but nothin worked. Finally I got in those smart pills and realized I got the wrong ones!! I got the 3 mos+ for teething babies. my little guy is only 2wks. luckily for me I found his original to give me some time to get the right kind. This pacifier is the best, really great even if only used by baby to soothe himself.

My baby and I like this pacifier. It's very similar to a breast nipple so there wasn't any confusion with breastfeeding. I used it ONLY when she wanted to soothe herself. This one worked a lot better then the nuk pacifiers I bought first.

Other pacifiers made my daughter gag. They gave her this one at the hospital and she stuck with it until she gave it up. I dont know if it was just her but as soon as her teeth came in,(at 10 months) she let it go. So I loved it. Im ready to buy it again for my second daughter due soon!!!
